i have a red and white dress to wear out tonight, i have just painted my nails bright red to match-do you think this colour nail varnish looks tarty?

Sweetie,
most men wont look at your nails until theyve stopped looking at the rest of you.
Nail varnish and shoes and little details are really just additions to a woman, unless you hav five foot long toenails, welly boots or some other kind of wierdness
Im sure youre a wonderful, kind, and un-tarty young lady :)

...but seriously if you want to look tarty shift your dress up a bit - well above the kness, show some chest, and get some fishnets on.

Miss, nail varnish is supposed to look tarty is it not? At least catty; bullocks the men will think you're darling. After all don't the ladies really dress to impress each other?

don't wear sunglasses lol.
It's alright, although if you haven't painted your nails, I would like it a more subtle red. Bright red can over do it; keep it subtle to be safe.
