Other than spectroscopy and chromatography, there is a home testing kit (qualitative only) for caffeine developed by the University of Washington.

Caffeine can be extracted in analtical chestry by chemical extraction by ysing to solvents one from the same properties of caffeine i mean organic solvent and the inorganic solvent and this method is more effective when we do several extractions
