i get violations for the dumbest things. not vulgar or anything like that. just funny. and no cuss words. however i see some pretty bad questions make it on. why am i getting picked on here.

I know.....I got violated twice already on PURELY ideological grounds....and I have NEVER been rude to ANYONE on here, even when the question -- r&s -- is rude and the person is just trying to get a reaction....If the question has to do with salvation and eternity...I answer as fully and sincerely as I can, but not for the person asking, as they don't REALLY want to know, but for someone who might come along and read it and
be helped by what I wrote....
and yes...I have seen some questions that were very offensive
-- at least to me...I didn't think they were funny...but I didn't re-port them...maybe someone else reported it..It was just a petty
and mean-spirited question that I will not repeat....why validate
it....
Well, on each violation, I have totally challenged yahoo to do something about this -- not just because of what I wrote, but because these people are doing their best to ruin y/a for the rest of us for whatever stupid and petty reasons they might have....Are they just kids or what????
I think the only thing we can do is to WRITE BACK to yahoo answers and CHALLENGE them to put an end to this...and maybe if enough of us make an issue of this, maybe it will finally change.....
What if y/a just did away with the violation thing all together...and TOOK AWAY the power of these people to victimize and accuse us for their own stupid reasons...The only ABUSE in y/a is that which is being committted by the
troublemakers....y/a version of P.C. NAZIS....or whatever they
are!!!
I really LOVE being here on y/a and I don't want to see it end because of these people...but I am not going to walk on egg-shells and worry about every little question I ask or answer...
I absolutely REFUSE to bow down to the PC NAZIS, on y/a
or out in the world.....I hate everything they do and stand for
and they need to be stopped......
So far, I have only received the standard form letter replies from yahoo answers....but I am not going to let this go....
Even accused criminals get due process....the miranda rights
and a court appointed lawyer....and the RIGHT to face our accusers in court...... but what do WE get!!!!
WE ARE PRESUMED GUILTY just by the fact that someone decides to report a question or answer based on their own prejudice or whatever...or if they're just trying to "mess" with us
....I don't CARE what their motivation is.....
I wrote this to yahoo, along with more
exhortations for them to step up and put an end to this violation garbage...Why did they even GIVE the power to report abuse to whoever....and not take any over-sight.......
Why are they abdicating their responsibility....????
while all the violator people go slithering back under their rocks like the COWARDS that they are....????

It has gotten to the point where I have to think twice or more before I decide whether I want to answer a question, even when I KNOW that I wouldn't be saying anything wrong...and
if I do answer it....I end up cancelling it....knowing how some
will decide to perceive it.....and I think.....who needs it....even when I would really LIKE to answer the question....because it looks interesting and something that I could give a good ans.

I looked over your questions briefly and the ones that made it seem ok. If you have made it on someones what I am know officially calling the "Y!A Hit List" due to someone disliking you or doing like back in the old IRC (Internet Relay Chat) days when if someone didn't like you they would complain to the OPs, who administered the servers, you would often get banned, even if the aligations were false. Think back and see if there may have been an altercation with someone and that it may have possibly escalated. They may be reporting abuse and doing what I call Y!A stalking as a mission to make your Y!A experience misreable. Try to find out who this maybe, work with the Y!A admins and see if it can get worked out.

I don't know, but this is why I choose to ask very few questions. Not so much because I care about the violations but I've worked to hard to reach level 6 almost 7 to have to go back to sqaure 1. And especially due to stupidity on their part.

I have heard this complaint before, from more then one person. I know they haven't said anything wrong too. I think it might be just laziness on the part of whoever is suppose to check out these "violations", Because if they did you wouldn't have gotten any at all.

That was happening to me alot recently and I was responding the same way , using the same words! lol,
No cuss words, no offensive remarks nothing./ just an answer or a question. HUMMmmmmm,,...........

Maybe people are reporting you for some reason, you should read the yahoo answers policy for the rules.
