Do you see any RX or MD signs here. Best to ask a doctor, also less embarrassing. You also could check WebMD, lots of good info and no embarrassment.

No you are not losing it, you can be excited as long as you live and enjoy a good sex life till you want to. This has been proved medically, you can even consult your geriatrician.
