You should go see it - no, not everyone dies in the end, but Will pierced the heart of Davy Jones and that means that he had to take Davy Jones place as captain of the Flying Dutchmen. He & Elizabeth had just gotten married but they said at the beginning of the movie that the captain of the Flying Dutchmans lover must be faithful to him the 10 years he is gone and if she is, then the curse will be lifted and a green flash will come across.
Well, there is a "after the credits scene" with Elizabeth and her & Wills son and they were watching the horizon for Will to come back and then there was a flash of a green light and up from the sea came the Flying Dutchmen ship and Will looked over and smiled. It was sooooo cute & I cried. I LOVE it!!!
I am so glad he is not cursed forever!!!!
I mean - they finally get together and then to have that happen!!!! They are so cute together & I did cry but I am so glad the curse is broken!!
There were other characters that die, but you will have to go see the movie to see what ones they are!! ;0)

No, they didn't! i'm about ot throw a spoiler your way, so be ready! O.k., ill start from here. Well, they are in a whirlpool that is humongous, and will and Elizabeth ask to get married right then! So the capatain barbossa marries them, and they go to fight on the flying Dutchman. when they get there, Davy Jones is fighting Jack, but Jack falls. Will and Elizabeth begin to fight Davy jones, and then he knocks them both to the floor. they gaze at each other, and Davy Jones realizes that they are in love. With rage, he pierces William straight through, right in front of Elizabeth, his father, and Jack! His father pist at what Davy jones had done, attacks Davy Jones. Jack grabs the heart of Davy Jones, and grabs williams hand. He puts it on the blade, and tells hime to pierce it with the little strength he had left. Davy Jones, realizing what has happened, goes pale, and he dies, and you see his soul escape, and you see his body dissapear to the sea.Elizabeth going crazy at what happened tried to stay but the Flying dutchman was disapearing into the water. Jack forms a parrachute, and grabs Elizabeth, and they jump. and while all of this is happenging, will's father is cutting out will's heart. Because the flying dutchman always needs a captain. you see the flying Dutchman dissapear into the depths. But when Elizabeth and Jack finally get back on the Black Pearl, they see the flying dutchman rise from the water. Will, alive, stands at the front of the boat, with everyone in human form, including him. But the english Armada are on the other side. so the Flying dutchman and the black Pearl take sides, and they destroy the Armada. At the end, Elizabeth is escorted from the boat, with will to an island. their they make out for a while, and have a mini honeymoon, and he tells her he must go, but he can come back to land in 10 years. So with that he kisses her, and leaves into the water and blows her a kisss, and dissapears. And Elizabeth will live on the island for tenn years until he returns. Well, there you have it, the whole ending!Hope it helped!

No not all of them died.
Since Davy Jones stabbed Will, Will was dying but Jack gave him the heart and he stabbed it, so Will is now immortal and the captain of the Flying Dutchman.
If you stayed after the credits then you'll know that since Elizabeth stayed faithful to Will, he is now not the captain of the Dutchman anymore.
This was explained in a scene that ended up being cut out.

There was only 1 showing last night at 8 and I went. There were only 5 tickets left and we bought 3 and the couple behind us bought the last 2. There were alot of disappointed people cause they stood in line. The movie was great. There were alot of action packed scenes. New charactors mixed with the old ones. I dont personally like when they make a 2nd part or 3rd part of a movie but these are great. Each one is just as interesting as the last.

If you mean after the credits, the if you do a search on You tube you will find a crapping showing (someones camera phone) but you can see yourself.
It shows Elizabeth and her and Will's son standing on a cliff 10 years later and they are waiting for WIll. Out of no where here comes Will and that is about it. Leaves it open for a fourth.

Will is the captain of the flying dutchman, and has to stay there forever, except for every 10 years, when he is allowed 1 day on land.. By the way, if you stay until all the credits have finished there is an extra bit of film, just to let u know...

no will is captain of the dutch man and he saves his dad and babossa take the black perl and jack has got the map we will have to wait till pirates 4 comes out to see what jack dose next

it was nice at the end after the credits there is this thing at the bottom that says 10 years later and this little boy singing yo ho yo ho... i forgot the song he is standing by Elizabeth which i think is his mother they r looking out at the sea waiting until the sunsets and you see will looking at them and them looking at him and there all smiling and that was it
