that comes at my window after I turn off the light and asks me what time is it. I say go away, I won't give you my teddy bear! And it goes away but gives me this strange look.

It seems the problem here is that the owl comes when you turn out the lights. I suggest don't turn out the lights.

Does Owl talk English? very educated owl great! do you know owl is a symbol of Philosophy. Why not you asking solution to your problems? May be owl can help you who knows.
Or if you rally want to get rid of owl then use thick curtain on windows so you will not have to turn off the lights and owl will think lights are off and will not come to you any more.

Hmm, that's interesting. Let's see....Maybe you could try to persuade the owl into going away, like, bribing it with some sort of food....Or you could try talking to it, maybe the owl's lonely and just wants to have a chat with someone...Animals DO have feelings, you know...

maybe he gives you the strange look because he dosnt want your teddy, maybe you should be giving him a clock as he ask you what time it is and dosent say anything about your teddy
