phone question. please help!!!!?

i just got my new phone and i got a new message and when i went to check the message i notice that it was in spanish. like the lady that tells you to put your password, it was in spanish. how do i put it in english??? my company is verizon wireless.

call VZ and the techical services department will reprogram your phone. Do not call from the cell phone. This is a common mistake that is made. They will make this adjustment and it can be fixed in less than five minutes. I and an ex VZ employee. This happend to me many times and we fixed the item for the customer.
