Static IP addresses are fixed and dont change. They are used to identify semi-permanent devices with constant IP addresses. Static IP addresses are used by servers.

The static ip addresses can be configured directly on the device or as part of a central DHCP configuration which associates the device's MAC address with a static address.

A static IP address is a number that is assigned to a computer by an Internet service provider (ISP) to be its permanent address on the Internet.

It would be simple if every computer that connects to the Internet could have its own static IP number, but when the Internet was first conceived, the architects didn't foresee the need for an unlimited number of IP addresses. Consequently, there are not enough IP numbers to go around.

An dynamic IP Address is an ip address that is assigned to a computer every time it connects to the Internet. Unlike a static IP address that will be the same every time the user logs on, a dynamic IP address is different every time.

Your ISP is holding ranges of dynamic IPs. Everytime you connect to the internet you will get another one.

With dynamic ip addresses you may need to check your ip very often.

Your IP is not wrong, rather you do not understand what an IP address even is. You probably have it confused with a physical address, like many people do.
Your IP address is a temporary routing number, that servers use to deliver data to.
A MAC (Media Access Control) address is the physical address that is burned into your computer's NIC card.
Your IP address is not wrong, it simply changed because it is called a dynamic IP address.
