With your consent, I would change your sentence by a single word.
Be generous in spirit and all the wealth you need to make life worth living is fullfilled.
Now I agree wholeheartedly.
Many can be rich in spirit but not everyone is generous of spirit.
Too pedantic??

I do agree! No matter how many material things we have or how much money we have in the bank, true happiness and peace cannot be found unless your spirit and soul are happy and fulfilled. Life isn't about how much we can accumulate, although many people seem to think that's the key to happiness. Peace and happiness....true contentment comes from being rich in spirit, being your authentic self, and nourishing your inner self. If you know what is truly meaningful and important in life, you will be much happier and when life gets tough, you can handle it a lot better, realizing that "this too shall pass". Great question!

Well put. It's all about setting priorities..........what matters and what doesn't. And that's where a lot of us go wrong. Why do we need that second (or third or fourth) tv, a NEW house, designer clothing, etc. All vanity. Does it enrich the soul? No. And then there's the job that makes it possible to have these things. Does it fulfill you? If it doesn't, find something that does. Life isn't about having things and drudging to get them......it's about loving yourself, your family, and those around you. Those are the important things. And the things that enrich the most.

Yes I agree. You can be financially poor and be rich in spirit, which is much better than being financially wealthy and poor in spirit.
Hope all is well with you and your working endeavors. May you become rich in both spirit and wealth.

Very true Eric. Life is all about balance. Material things do nothing to enrich the spirit.

I agree to a point....some really bad stuff can still happen to you no matter HOW rich your spirit is!!
I think it reflects well of you if you take it all without whining, but it still FEELS bad!

no doubt about it , i had it all Harley money dope, woman wife, kids, had it all, but had no spirit, i lived to get high, to get in another chicks pants, the thrill of the chase, for what? i was dead inside, to have peace of mind and faith is what its all about, all that other stuff is pointless, if you have no spirit.

Richness is measured in inner peace and happiness. Be happy with yourself, and you are happy with your life.
