Does anyone know any good fish forums (just livebearers..nothing exotic) That are regualry talked about on..i mean that people still talk on today...not old ones that no one goes on.?

Look up the American Livebearer Association. Not only do they talk about the current trends in livebearer fish keeping,but they buy,sell and trade the best available livestock.
Interestingly enough some of the really old types of livebearers are the rarest,because of habitat loss and population growth they are no longer available as "wild caught stock" and only exist as "captive raised".
