Living in the Highlands of Scotland, the answer would have to be...."the kilt"! Worn properly "everything" is kept pretty cool, and It's certainly windy and cool today!!!
However, if by "cool" you really mean "fashionable/smart/attractive"? - so I would have to say I do like a man in clothes which are impeccably clean/ironed/smart. Can't be doing with poor hygiene/body-odour but don't like to be overcome by after-shave or cologne either!

i think men look better in a pair of jeans i love pierre cardin jeans and a nice polo t shirt i think it looks real hot no offence but i think that boys that wear hoodies and tracky bottoms just look like little hood rats

My husband wears quiksilver, animal, billabong etc. With jeans or long shorts. He always looks cool and can wear a hoody without looking like a chav! x

And I like tight clothing on men(tight pants, shirts, ect.)

i mix n match
if am around the house then its hoodies and trackies..
if out and about then t-shirt combat pants..
if partyin then either nice slick shirt or tight top and jeans..
hoodies are bare comfy..especially nike,bape..

it has to be the latest tracksuits, nike, adidas etc with the latest trainers certain trackies only suit certain people tho, but that is the look i like.
