Boys:
Channing Kona-I have only known 1 Channing is she is a woman so not for a boy. I do like the name Channing for a girl, not crazy about Kona at all. How about Chandler Cole for a boy?
Isaiah Joel-its good but I think Isaiah Joseph flows a little better. I also like Joel as a possible first name
Axel Kieran-Axel is good, Kieran -no. Axel Reid would be better
Mikah Reid-I think Mikah is pretty feminine and I am not a big fan of the name. How about Michael Reid or Malachai Reid instead
Jordan Emmett-that's good although I am not a fan of unisex names
Girls:
Hazel Lanae. I like Hazel and if it is for your Grams then I think you shold use it. I don't like the middle name choice. How about Hazel Torrance.

For the boys names that you have I like the name Jordan but I'm not sure about Emmett. I think Jordan Mikah sounds great though. And for your girl names I love the names Hazel and Kaydence. Maybe Hazel Loralei? Hope you find the perfect name for your baby!

Channing is a little different, how about Chandler?
The rest of the boys names are pretty good.
The girls names I like are Madison Lanae, and Kaydence, but not with Jesimae. How about Kadence Jade? I dunno...
Don't like Dasha or Hazel.

I don't like most of them, sorry. But if I had to choose a boy name and a girl name from your list, that I liked the best, I'd go with: Jordan Emmett and Madison Loralei.
