Yes, the music these days is bollocks, especially American music. I know Nickelback are Canadian, but they make me vomit, and I especially hate modern country, Tim Mcgraw, and Kenny Chesney, all that crap.

Coldplay aren't too bad, Paul Weller is good, apart from that, and maybe some female solo artists its all crap. They have ruined the potential that was created by bands like The Beatles. These bands should have been the foundations to build music upon, not crap all over it with whats it called, Hippity hop? And the less said about the idiots who sing on shows like American God Damn Idol the better.

Death to all so called modern "talent."

No, every generation gets to have their own sound. So, I don't harp on it. I don't like it, and I don't want to hear it booming out of the car as they drive by, but otherwise..go for it.

Personally, if there's no melody and I can't sing, hum or dance to it, I consider it noise. (*lol*) My definition of "rap".

It gives me the blues. I was jazz saying, it's a cymbal of our times and nobody wants to take the rap for it if you have a pop at them. They don't find it easy listening if you complain. It discos to show you they're lose sing their touch.

i don't harp on it, but i don't like it. i'm sure my parents didn't like what i listened to. although there is a big difference, my music wasn't mostly cursing.

No, I am always on the lookout for new stuff - who wants to listen to the same stuff for years on end?
