no, i don't think so. it's just a matter of making sure that you take frequent breaks, and drink PLENTY of water!!
I've done the zoo, sea world, six flags...and other various family outings like fairs and air shows. you just have to take a 20-30 min. break every 1hr or 2 hrs.
i would usually sit on a bench or at a picnic table while whomever in my family was waiting to ride a coaster or go on any other ride.
also check the parks schedule for any 'live performances' that way your family is still entertained while you get a break.

Hey i went about two weeks ago at 35 weeks pregnant and i was fine. I walk all the time but because of the heat later on in the day i ended up finding some really comfortable rocking chairs outside under a nice awning and just relaxed. Also for those of u that didnt know Six Flags doesnt charge Pregnant (u have to be showing) Mothers an admission. I got in free and just ate and ate i had a blast. Now i live in Missouri so our six flags may be different but i would just call to confirm the policy for pregnant mothers in your area.

Walking is good for you, especially when you're pregnant! But if you haven't been walking nor keeping in shape like recommended during pregnancy, be prepared to feel extremely exhausted by the end of the day. As long as you stay off the rides, you will be fine. Just be sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, and when you feel yourself getting tired and/or hot, sit down in the shade and take a breather. Go have fun and enjoy your family! You won't have to oppurtunities like this too often in the near future! Congrats and God bless!

I don't think it's overdoing it (as long as it's not too hot right now where you are). Walking is good for you. Just keep very hydrated.
I would be angry, though, because I love roller coasters and would not want to be at Six Flags when I couldn't ride them. :-) You'd be so restricted from the rides that I'm not sure how much fun it would be, unless you can entertain yourself with midway games for hours!

As long as you are ok with the walking you will be fine. You know to take breaks when you need to sit, and plenty of water to stay hydrated. We like to get season passes to Six Flags, but opted not to this year, to pay for my pass only to walk around all summer was just a waste of money. Maybe hubby will take the kids, and you can have your last moment of "alone" time?

Sounds like a pretty inconsiderate family. You will not have a good time..... you will tire easily, be hot and you might be really over doing it. Tell the rest of your mates to grow up or go with out you.

You can go but just watch your family and enjoy the surroundings, the added stress to your baby is not a good thing!

Six flags will still be there next year. If you go, there is no ride you can go on that will be good for you. It's not worth the risk. If you must go to an amusement park, suggest Busch Gardens. They have some cool shows. Sea World is also a good option.

If your used to walking alot it shouldn't be a problem for you. Just remember to take breaks when you feel the need to. You don't want to over do it.
