I star interesting, funny, or informative questions that I want to be on my "starred" list so I can find them again easily.
But also if the asker mentions a possibility fo 10 points, I'm a little greedy. lol

I have noticed that starred questions are usually those asked by the P&S Posse.
What I mean by that is the happy little band of thugs that basically run this place:
Rico
Tom J
Rebellious
PhoeniXoXoXoX
Rock
Linda ;) (aka Tom J)
Judas Rabbi (the leader of the pack)
Johnny Walker (aka PheoniXoXoXoX)
there are a few more, but if you notice, they are always the ones that get stars and they are always the ones that answer eachothers questions. They also happen to be some of the most bored people in society I would assume, given the amount of time they each spend on Y!As P&S

Yahoo has it bass ackwards as usual. You should be able to star questions anonymously, it's the thumbs that should leave a signature. If they did this there would be a lot more stars and a lot fewer thumbs, at least fewer thumbs down.

I award a star when I think that the question is really interesting.. I never knew that you can know who stared your question.
