I used a calculator and did 17346^(2/3)

= 670.08962638536663242290444146055

An irrational number is not PRECISE.

Type 17346 into your calculator and press the cube root key.

After that press the square ley, which is x^2.

the answer correct to 3 significant figures to your question is 670 or 670.1 correct to 1 decimal place.
