First of all, to the above answerer... a force moving at the speed of light? Whaa?

Now to answer the question... our understanding of gravity comes from his laws of motion, most particularly the second. Every kind of rocket, space shuttle, air craft, and basically anything that requires knowledge of physics to operate owe their existance to Newton's three laws.

Quite honestly, they are the foundation of modern physics.

Newton second law of motion shows that when a body's motion is hindered or blocked a force is born.
The third law indicates that when a force is born another one is born as a twin but opposite in direction.
So forces in natures are always twins. That is they come in pairs.
If the forces move at the speed of light then the second law takes the shape of Einstein Relativity theory.

I. each merchandise in a state of uniform action has a tendency to stay in that state of action till an exterior rigidity is utilized to it. II. the courting between an merchandise's mass m, its acceleration a, and the utilized rigidity F is F = ma. Acceleration and rigidity are vectors (as indicated by way of their symbols being displayed in slant ambitious font); in this regulation the direction of the rigidity vector is an same because the direction of the acceleration vector. III. for each action there is an equivalent and opposite reaction.
