If we thrive on drama, if we surround ourselves with the wrong people, and if we put ourselves in ill-conceived situations, then we create much of our own insanity.

insanity to you maybe sanity to me,its a personal perspective,dealing with what i think u mean is accordingly to your daily schedule,you can be able to avoid part or whole by focusing on the sane parts ,and ignoring the insane ,
