Singer:- S.P.Balasubramaniam
why:- He has sung more than 39,000 songs,in more than 5 different Indian languages,He holds the Guinness record for having sung the most number of song recordings by any single male singer. He is Six times National awardee. He is simply great and what i like about him is that he likes to have Low Profile.
Politician :- Kumaraswami Kamaraj
Why:- He was an Indian politician widely considered to be a kingmaker in Indian politics, and known for his honesty, integrity and simplicity.He was affectionately known as the Gandhi of the South,He was awarded India's highest civilian honour, the Bharat Ratna.
Actor:- None other than KAMAL HASAN
Why:- Kamal is a three-time winner of the National Film Award for Best Actor, He also won the national award for Best Child Actor, so total 4, So called Amir has not even a single National award. Kamal has also received the best actor award at the Asian Film festivals held in 1983 and 1985.Six of his movies have been sent as India's official entry to the Oscars- The only actor to achieve this feat in the sub-continent.Kamal has won the Filmfare awards 18 times. In the April 2007 FIDE Elo rating list, Anand was ranked first in the world for the first time. He has dominated the game and he was the most consistent player for India.

A pop singer who's very famous,especially among kids.For her boldness and humbleness i like her.
b)Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam
A good and caring President of India.
c)Mr.Amitabh Bachchan - very nice and realistic acting,Mr.Vivek(Tamil) - his timing sense is very nice and many useful messages can be seen in his comedy.
d)Mr.Naren Karthikeyan
He chose a different career when all the other Indian youngsters loved cricket.

ohkay...
a.) sheesh..tough one...most of the singers in our country these days are pakistani
b.) im not into politics...but ABvajpayee....he was a great PM
c.) actor:irfan khan...because he is an "actor" not a "hero"..if you know what i mean
comedian: raju shrivastav..even though these days he's getting into sleezy jokes his original jokes from the laughter challenge shows were really great
e.) i consider shashi tharoor an all-rounder...why?...because he's simply great for so many reasons :)
