I mean on PC. I have all the stuff like:OS Windows 98/2000/ME/XP/Vista exetra.

Insert the disk. Open My Computer & Double Click the CD Drive. Make sure that isnt any programs running. Follow the instructions.

I believe you will need to put the CD or DVD into your drive to start up, otherwise the game won't even start. If you bought the game as a DVD, you will need to put that disc in, otherwise it's a CD. I hope this helps.

by work do you mean play? or install, read instructions that might help it tells you how to play and how to install i think :) sims 2 is a great game, on PC, not so good on ps2 tho :) x
