$3.49 here in Wisconsin. And how is it effecting your income. I am getting financially strained and tired of the media saying people just are not willing to cut back. I have cut back just about as far as I can. Driving less, skimping on groceries, the next thing to go will be my internet service.

$3.32 in upstate NY. (I thought we were bad here, dang....!) In nearby Mass. its about $3.03. What a ripoff!
Luckily I only have a16 mile round trip commute, but I often ride my motorcycle; I do lots of joyriding so I still use a good amount of gas...but at 65 miles per gallon...it's still a savings.
Good question by the way, I had wanted to ask this one myself.
PS.Get yourself a motorcycle ;)

nicely approximately 2 weeks in the past we've been getting gas for $2.20. final time I regarded it replaced into around $2.40 5 or so. i'm in New Mexico interior the 4 corners section. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, an excellent variety of the grocery shops like Smiths & Vons are working specials the place in case you purchase a undeniable quantity of groceries you get as much as .10 - .15 cents off in step with gallon in case you purchase gas at their gas stations. So we are nevertheless paying as low as $2.30 a gallon. (a minimum of those expenses have been precise final time I checked which could have been on Tuesday.)

Yesterday it dropped from $3.30 to $3.19. This is an oil producing part of Kansas, price in inexcusable. I won't be going anywhere by car this holiday weekend.

After Katrina, when gas was over $3, Congress investigated price gouging, and the price went down to $2. Where is Congress now?

$3.55 in Illinois, far southwest suburbs of Chicago. Neither my wife or I drive a lot anyhow since we both have jobs within a mile and half of our house. We are fortunate. Our kids are pretty much on their won so we dont have a lot of running around to do for them although since my son doesn't drive, I have to go stay with him occasionally and help with some projects on his house closer to Chicago. That's when it hurts. One round trip to his place and it cost me about 30 bucks.

I gave up smoking about 5 months ago so I am not feeling the pinch as of yet.

Currently we are at $3.09 in London, KY. People here are complaining about gas prices as well but the traffic around here seems to continue to grow.
One thing, we should never elect anyone in power who has such a special interest in something that they can profit so greatly off of their own country's misery.

$2.99/gal here in central NH. I drive less and when I do drive, it is the more fuel efficient of my cars or my motorcycle. The gas in my tank I paid $2.84 for, and I still have 1/2 tank.

3.57 here... and yeah it sucks. My husband and I both drive at least 45 miles per day, and we have to because of our jobs. We have cut back as much as possible too. And yeah it is affecting us as well! I don't understand how SOME people go un-affected...unless they don't drive much of course... guess it is the non-working class...
