If your idea pertains to an invention, is unique, and has great market value, start by getting a patent. If it's just a theory about something (a description of how something works), write a paper and research an appropriate journal to publish it in.

Regardless, consider that you're young and may have overestimated its value, but keep working on it and learning as much as you can about the area it relates to. RIght now for you, that means choosing a appropriate university and major.

Get a degree. Get some sort of credentials, then appeal to a bank or find investors.

Basically, go to college. After that, you'll learn how to follow through with everything. Don't try jumping into it on your own. Sure, you've talked to people, but I doubt they had the time to really sit down and verify that your idea is totally practical. There's a difference between theoretically sound and practically sound, and it can mean the difference between life and death.

I don't understand what you are actually saying.
