Umm, I'm a bit chunky, but I've never taken the decision to lose weight... but anyway my will is quite weak so I guess if I decided to I would have a hard time.

I don't but then my family tree has really no large people in it. I do have friends who struggle w/weight all the time. It is hard to lose the pounds they have gained.

Yes, and sitting here and answering questions has not helped. I need to be up doing a few miles on my treadmill. But this is much more fun and the hours fly by!

Yes a lot cos of the medication I'm on, thats put about 20kg extra on me and it sucks!

at first yes, but once your on it, it will coo me out naturally, before i cant go on without rice as my bfast and coke but once i started to stop overeating my appetite really went down
