PSP 2.81 firmware can run which type of video files?

Hey! I have a PSP 2.81 firmwared PSP, and I wanna know which type of video files PSP can run. E.g. MPG, AVI???

You can run .mp4. Its pretty hard to convert videos to this format yourself though so I'd recomend you download pspvideo9, its free and easy to use.
