I doubt it. Your GF Go 7400 has only 4 pixel pipelines and core/memory clocks of 450/900mhz. It can only do 1900 Marks in 3DMark 05.

I have an nvidia 7600 GT that works properly for me. It doesn't run accurate accurate settings (med anti-alias extremely of intense) notwithstanding it nevertheless seems large and is an awful lot. having said that, i'd be upgrading next 365 days...

Probably low/medium settings since RTS games can get pretty hetic with how many units that can be on the screen at once...
