hey guys everytime in school we do something i always get like this feeling in my stomach and think to my self that i will screw up mostly in the pre-algebra class im not comfortable there cuz the teacher randomly calls on u and if u dont know the answer she will keep talking to you till you answer it all the other classes im not stressed or i dont get that feeling but anyway i always get this feeling my stomach and i think that im gonna screw up what im about to do so what is this i think its becoming a habit and i dont want to think to myself my whole life that things i will do i will screw up...what is this and how do i stop it?

I know what you are talking about. You don't want to get called to answer a question because you don't want to look stupid in front of your other classmates. Does everyone in your class get the answers right when called upon??? NO... So why worry about it. There must be a girl in that class you don't want to embarrass yourself in front of. Just do the best you can and if you screw up, so what, that's how you learn.
