The Dems and al-Sadr have been on the same page since the war started. Does he have a hot line to little Harry Reids office?

Bush Supporter sounds like he has a poster of Al Sadr over his bed...in his parents basement.

I think the left has let their hatred for the president blur common sense. They have used the media to sway the American people against this war and are now promising to get us out in order to get votes. The responsible Democrats and there are some I believe know that they wont be able to pull us right out of Iraq. They need to realize that our enemy does use the rhetoric of our leaders as propaganda against us. They probably feel they are winning when they see all the battling going on amongst us and former presidents bad mouthing the current president (Jimmy Carter). It is perfectly healthy to debate over these issues but the harshness needs to be kept amongs ourselves not out there for the world to see. Whatever happened to keeping our differences within our own borders and not airing them out for the world. It undermines and endangers our troops fighting for us overseas. As for the guy who said US troops should be tried as war criminals its a shame that we fight for freedom so idiots like him can spout off at the mouth but hey at least he has that right. Remember united we stand and divided we will eventually fall.

I think it might be the other way around,I am starting to think the Dems call Al Sadr before making any decision,to make sure he's in complete agreement.

Yikes...wtf is going on in here, what are troops being accused of war crimes for? Didn't the UN authorize the attack of Iraq and continue to support it's occupation? Which troop member said, "hey lets take some companies and platoons out to Iraq for live action theater of war"? You should direct your anger to the right people the US congress whom also approved this war, and which in fact has gone yellow-belly to gain popularity and votes in 06. The fact is it takes more then troops to start a war, and it is troops that gets the backlash. This is a repeat of the Vietnam unwelcoming home by American citizens who lost their sense of facts, we are ordered and deployed to do a job, and we are not there to question that order. It not a really a job though - its more of a way of life for military men and women. Thats if you want to survive the ordeal, you will adapt and make it a way of life. ..............any questions?

Don't be so hard on BushSupporter.... he's only 13 and trying to find out who his daddy is.

sSuper critic only has to look at the latest Bush poles and compare them to the approval rating for congress to see that this democratically controlled congress is held in the same esteem... (within the margin of error)

He doesn't have to. All he needs to do is read the 32% Bush approval ratings, which by the way is 3 points lower than the ones in Iraq. little Harry Reid will be around in 2009 which is more than you can say for the a long long list of Republican Senators, Representatives, Presidents, Governors, mayors, Highway Commissioners, and so on down the line.

YES!!!
most likely its hard for them to continually promote cowardcice and retreat through cut and run and not expect the enemy to listen.
