or do you read, chat to your partner, have sex, watch T.V. , journal, whatever, do your taxes (lol), for a while before you
fall asleep? How long does it take you to fall asleep on average??

My husband and I work opposite shifts so my nights off are the only nights we have together. Usually, we have sex earlier and then when we're ready to go to bed we talk for 15 minutes (or thereabouts). Once we finish talking, he's out like a light. It only takes him about 1 1/2 minutes to fall asleep. I seriously don't know how he does it! It takes me a good hour (unless I'm exhausted) to get to sleep.

I always read a book before I go to sleep or I watch tv. It takes me an hour or an hour and a half.

It takes me at least 20 minutes, I like to tourture myself and think about stupid things before I fall asleep...

well i normally cant sleep i just get scared sometI'mes i feel like im not going to wake up tomorrow so i try to keep myself up as long as i can but when i need to sleep i like to sleep on my couch just cause i don't feel lonely there my bed is too big for me i get cold lol

Depends... I usually listen to radio. It takes about an hour before i doze off.

right after i close d light, i continue watching tv & when i feel sleepy, i turn it off & just lay there thinking till my eyes close..
