It broke down, so i let her use my drive. However, she hasnt seemed to have it fixed. I asked her a number of times to move it. I dont want to fall out with her over it, so how can i get moved?

you seem to me that you are not a forceful person and no don't come easily! I'm the same! look you don't have to fall out with her ! all you have to do is say look I'm really sorry but you are going to have to move your car coz I'm having something big delivered! this could be anything use your imagination! done it loads of times! IT WORKS!!! then you wont feel so bad!!

Tell her the councils been going around asking people to clean up their gardens , and when they called at your house they went over to look at the tax disk , wrote down the licence plate an asked if it was your car .
This might make her think your doing her a favour as in warning her to hide the evidence , coz not many people bother taxing a broken down car .

Just talk to her, Say "i lent you my drive to put ur car on while u sorted it out and you stil havent done anything about it! If you don't move it then i will call for a tow truck!"
Or just tell ehr what u told us and let her decide!
if shes a true friend she will be grateful to you for lettin her use ur drive and will relaise that shes outstanded her welcome and will move it/.

Parks her knackered car on your drive, and treats you like a door mat.
Tell her she has 48 hours to get it sorted or it towed.

say that a gang people were walking past a few times last night and looked at the car strangely and you are worried someone is going to pinch it! maybe she will get it sorted!

tell her to get it sorted in say a fortnight and say if still there at the end of that fortnight i am going to get it towed and obviously charge it to your friend i dont think you can say fairer than that darlin xx
