some people after answering a question ,just forget about it.

Certainly, but I usually read the responses first to see if it's worth answering. If several people have already given the similar or exact response - unless they are asking for an opinion - I would just move on to the next question.
I do go back to the questions I've answered to read the responses that were answered after me.

I read others answers before, and sometimes after I answer. But once I've answered I don't go back to see what people have said after me. There are some really funny answers at times that really make me laugh, it's awesome. Good stuff.

I usually read them before I answer the question, so as not to make a fool of myself, in the case where I'm not sure of the answer (music lyrics, celebreties etc.), otherwise I just like to hear what others have to say.

Sure. Having another viewpoint helps now and then. Enlightening at times, sometimes humorous and other times almost the same answer I would have given.
