i done an enduro race on motor bikes in the peak district a few years ago, that has to be the hardest thing ive ever done in my life .ive done all sorts really bit of rock climbing abseiling ,bungee jumping,potholeing and a parachute jump

Abseiling in to a bat cave...then crawling throuh teeny tiny holes and walking for miles to get out at the other side...
