Yes, I can tell you from personal experience...I didn't sleep at all and went to school and I was seriously going to just pass out on the desk...it was so hard for me to stay awake. Five hours is not a good amount but it'll do. Some sleep is better than none.

Hi Black, 5 hours sleep is better than nothing. You need to slow down and get at least 7 hours so your body can rest before you drop.

Yes, especially if you only get 5 hours every day, much better than NEVER sleeping. But less than 2 hours...just skip sleep that day.

Of course it is, getting no sleep sucks, and leaves you dragging. 5 hours isn't so bad, I have gone with only that much before. Less then that isn't so good though.

isnt it obvious that 5 hours of sleep is way betta than none besides if your human then u need at least 7-12 hours of sleep to get u live and kickin........

to my understanding it would be better to have a bit of sleep instead of none, cos if you have no sleep you will have to pump yourself full of caffine which is bad for you
