its a program can connect any 2 computers from al over da world..by ip address..n c each other as a local network..not internet

If you want two machines in different locations connected together like a local lan you will need to setup a VPN connection between them.. (Virtual Private Network)
A VPN generates a local connection by using a "tunnel" through the internet and then connects the machines with a "local" ip address. The speed will all depend on the internet connection speed however.
