Sex is about satisfaction and enjoyment, it's not a treadmill. You go until you're done, both of you hopefully. If that takes 50 minutes you'll be tired. If only 2, you'll be a bit embarrassed. But either way you'll be happy.

For me foreplay with my wife plays a very important role for both of us to get wild. This takes about 1 hour including penetration. I prefer once a night every day but a slow and finally wild sex.

its all abt own satisfaction.
sometimes this is less and sometime this is more.
But i think every night in the most steady manner and wild weekends are absolutely great.
