No extra straining, no anal sex, no large poop, no diareaha... What? Should I go to the doctor?? It was a little painful when I was "delivering" though. I know this is gross but whatever!

Really could be a lot of things, really no way of diagnosing this on a here. You should really see a doctor soon. The link below shows some of the many causes of blood stool.(Hematochezia). Hope this helps!

I would seriously think about seeing your Dr.about this. Blood in the stool could be serious or just a hemorrhoid that is causing the problem. but don't hesitate, see your Dr. soon.

It could mean something like hemorrhoids but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.

Hmmm... blood.... BLOOD!!.... from a place that shouldnt bleed. For no predictable reason. And you wonder if this might be a problem worth investigating?

if it is bright red it could be hemoroids.
