As long as you can pull it back when erect without pain there's no problem. If it is tight when erect then stretch. See the first link below for instructions.
Circumcision is a mutilation that removes 15 square inches (about 40 square centimetres) of erogenous tissue from your penis. That's over half the skin area of the penis and the foreskin has heaps of nerves, special structures and a special gliding action, that acts like lube during sex and masturbation. It's crazy to cut that off instead of washing.
The evidence for other problems is very shaky and all medical authorities in the world now admit that the risks of the procedure outweigh any possible benefits. . Removing the foreskin turns the surface of the glans from an inner mucosal membrane to outside skin. Newly circumcised adults usually go through some weeks of intense discomfort as the glans is constantly exposed to rubbing on clothing, until it develops a thicker keratin layer and becomes less sensitive. A new study has shown real differences in fine touch sensitivity between circumcised and intact penises and that the most sensitive parts of the intact penis are those that would be removed by circumcision.

As long as you can pull your foreskin back to expose the entire glans (penis head) then you're fine. The foreskin varies from person to person; in some guys it's so short that it doesn't even cover the entire glans when soft, and in others - like you - it covers the glans even when erect.
I think circumcision is largely unnecessary and shouldn't be endorsed. The foreskin contains many nerve endings that can contribute to sexual sensitivity (see link 1). Furthermore, several studies indicate that the foreskin may play a role in the sexual satisfaction/pleasure of not only the man, but the woman as well (see links 2, 3, 4).
And if an uncircumcised guy maintains good proper hygiene, which generally is very easy, he can minimize/eliminate most problems associated with the foreskin. In fact, a study has shown proper hygiene to be almost like the great equalizer in regards to STDs, including HIV (see link 5). Regardless, safe sex trumps circumcision status any day.
So in my opinion, as long as a guy's foreskin works normally, he maintains good hygiene, and he practices safe sex, it's probably better to stay uncircumcised.

It's natural as long as there's no pain. =)
Circumcision reduces pleasure and sensitivity in the long run (since the nerves on the head always are rubbing against clothes and such, so they get used to being rubbed) and makes masturbation more difficult (since the already-lubricated foreskin wouldn't be there to rub the head with). That's what studies in the British Journal of Urology found. There's a reason why the USA is the only advanced nation still doing this a lot, and even so, it's getting a lot less popular. In some states it has already fallen to 14%.

You do not need a circumcision.
@tiptop:
Islam actually prohibits circumcision.
"Islamic juridical logic cannot acknowledge the distinction between female and male circumcision, both being the mutilation of healthy organs which is damaging to the physical integrity of the child, whatever the underlying religious motivations. Furthermore, both practices violate the Koran: "Our Lord, You did not create all this in vain" (3:191), and "[He] perfected everything He created" (32:7). In our opinion, a god who demands that his believers be mutilated and branded on their genitals the same as cattle, is a god of questionable ethics." [ http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=7731348&dopt=Abstract ]
My insights on circumcision:
Circumcision is a form of male genital mutilation. It is generally the forced removal of the foreskin from a child without the ability of the child to consent.
The foreskin is the most sensitive part of the penis and therefore very significant during sexual intercourse. Circumcision removes as much as 75% of sensation [ http://www.nocirc.org/touch-test/bju_6685.pdf ].
The foreskin reduces the force required by the penis to enter the vagina. It also increases the sexual enjoyment of the female partner. Here is a study to back this up: http://www.cirp.org/library/anatomy/ohara/
Performing circumcision on a child can and does result in the deaths of children due to blood loss and/or failure of the immune system.
It can and does result in very significant scaring.
It can and does result in sexual problems later in life.
The idea that it provides better hygeine is flawed and is simply a matter of performing good genital hygeine. The study that you are less succeptible to aids if you are circumcised is flawed(see link: http://www.cirp.org/news/sydneymorningherald11-06-03/ ). A condom is still required to prevent transmission of STI's.
Studies about the rate of transmission of aids with respect to both male and female circumcision have been conflicting.
A collection of said studies can be found linked from here:
http://www.mgmbill.org/aids.htm
Furthermore:
"The United States has one of the highest rates of male circumcision and also one of the highest rates of HIV infection in the developed world, suggesting that circumcision is having exactly the opposite effect. Conversely, Finland and Japan have some of the lowest rates of circumcision and also some of the lowest rates of HIV/AIDS."
Do not do it for hygeine issues. It is a trivial task to ensure good genital hygeine.
The vast majority of the world is not circumcised.
There is no good reason to perform male genital mutilation.

nah its fine, my foreskin covers the glans on my penis too. its what its supposed to do. supposedly uncut men have greater sensation during intercourse.
and please if people are telling you to get cut, REALLY consider it. as an adult, it is a lot more serious than when you are a newborn. its an actual procedure with stitches, and whatever happens, you are not to have sex or masturbate for a while, and urinating and even regular erections (which some we cant control) hurt a lot. some even say that the total healing time is a lot longer than what is explained.
as long as its not causing problems, and you keep it clean (hygiene is important) you should be fine.
some women may not like it but then again some women like hairy men and some women like hairless men. just tell them that their vagina's do not have eyes (lol)

I've heard it feels better for the guy if you are uncut. Some circumcised men go so far as to attempt to go back to their uncircumcised natural state. I have heard women enjoy circumcised better. Many say that uncircumcised is better, but those are mostly women who have had most if not all uncut guys.

Hi the only time your foreskin is a problem is if it will not pull back all the way, i agree with circumcision for health or religious reasons but not just because some one thinks it looks better, it is after all a surgical procedure
