It is a beautiful thing to "save" yourself for your spouse-to-be.
Sleeping around before marriage is so trampy, so useless, so unnecessary. Could a person just decide not to do it and be proud of him/herself?
Or is there any personal pride left any more?

The reason why you should not have sex before marriage is because you at risk with the diseases that are coming up (STI / STD).
There is a risk of ladies having unwanted pregnancies or babies. That is the reason why most children are growing up without their parents because of such decisions.
Enjoy sex with someone you will spend the rest of your life with. Having sex with a partner who has been having sex before marriage is like watching a movie that your partner has been just before you went to watch it.

Well if religion isn't important in this matter, just look at it as a symbolic show of your commitment to each other. If you're not willing to go without sex for a few weeks or months before marriage, how are you going to survive being married?
Also, if you don't get any for a while, it makes the wedding night more fun. The anticipation really adds to it.

Oh I dont know. Have you heard of STD's? LIke chlamidya, ghonnorea, AIDS,Herpes. Also that if your with a partner theres always a chance for infidelity? As soon as that person is unfaithful and lies with someone else then goes back to you, you've slept not only with your partner but whoever your partners partner slept with.Thats just a possibility. If your not in seeing someone specifically and sleeping with mulitiple partners then it's like your going around looking for things to catch.Its sad but true.You'll have more respect for yourself and maturity tol

If you're sleeping around and not using protection, you could contract something, and who wants to marry someone like that?
Plus if something were to happen and the girl gets pregnant, what do you do?
I'm not against pre-marital sex per-say, but these are just things that have to be considered.
