A slurpee, kidding (although I did have that as it was damn hot here today). I had a fresh, organic just popped up from my garden spinach salad with sliced radishes (also a'la garden) and a fresh egg from my free range,veggie fed bockbocks. It was soooooooo delicious, you could hardly imagine, you know when you don't even have to wash the veggies because they are clean from yesterdays rain and you know exactly what they have grown in and with...the ultimate in fresh! MMMMMMMMMM! Man I love Spring/Summer.

Special K Red Berries cereal. But I dont eat it cuz its healthy-I eat it cuz its good. The healthy part is a plus though.

I have a really healthy concoction I first pour muesili add porridge oats and then add Linseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, brewers yeast, molasses, dried cranberries and trail mix.
How bout that then ! oh and of course skimmed milk.
