No really there is no boss here, we all work together as a time and talk things out and make decisions together.
I have a big thing about "authority" and this whole boss thing, I wear the pants in the house deal. I find it ridiculous. My mom and I are both adults and my son is very close and does his fair share in order to have a say in matters. We all know what needs to be done and achieved, and so its a team effort that reaps the benefits. Faak, we sound like a communist regime!! LOL.

He let's me think I'm the boss, but what he says is so few and far in between, I know if he's ever mad I've really pushed it too far...He's the Ultimate Boss for me. I love DCG

technically speaking everyone is like boss in his own sense since we are now grown ups( but not married) but when it comes to crucial decisions it's my parents. So sometimes it is my mother sometimes father. As such no one is boss up there
