The recent election in the Philippines was credible except in some places with political armies where irregularities occurred.

I don't think so. If the COMELEC would change for the better and not for worst then election in Philippines would be credible. Comelec officials are as worst as decaying, stinking Philippine constitution/governance. There was no peaceful and honest election ever. Every election showed dishonesty, greediness, selfishness, devilish acts of BAD politicians and those who are in power which are supported by the leader of the country herself. Comelec officials can start making the election credible by being HONEST and refrain from taking millions and millions of pesos as bribes from dirty politicians and by not allowing the president of the country to control them, though she is the president, she should put herself aside and, the comelec should let the ones who are the real winners, that the majority of the people voted for or chose, be proclaimed. The president is thick and scandalous and so are the ones who are her subordinates. They are abusing their power and their countrymen. They never care about the millions of people including kids who are homeless and starving as long as they are sleeping comfortably in their beds and have full stomach. They pretend to be God fearing, but their hearts and souls know only darkness. They are the devils advocate. These kind of people deserve to be thrown in the fires of heel to be doomed forever.
