Yes. Because some yahoos like to give their answers, or opinions, without even being asked a question. They're easy to spot: they talk really loud and praise Bush with a twang. They must all live in trailer parks and have teeth missing.

Answers are everywhere. You only need to unearth them with a questioning mind. That's what the scientists do all the time---discovering what is there already.......
