If you are talking about physical geographic shape, I'd say Italy because it looks like a boot.
If you are talking about the people's overall physical shape and well-being, I'd say probably one of the Asian countries where obesity is a rarity and if a woman eats a pea it shows.

Russia all the way largest and very diverse, Jungle, rain forest, deserts, steppes, mountains, arctic, and the largest forest in the world the taiga.
