Now, what does that make you feel? What do you think about it? Do you not see what is happening to American's liberties? It is a slow undoing, people, but nevertheless, your children & your grandchildren will live in a police state if you so much as dare tolerate this crap. You cannot let the idea of...'oh my God, crime!'...scare you into believing that there are not other ways, for your leaders to handle these matters...there ARE! Furthermore, if the leaders of the United States of America, home of the FREE, cannot lead you in ways that PROTECT your freedom, then why in the he#@ are you allowing them to lead you to a place that ENSLAVES?
He#@, it's probably a no wonder crime is going up...these criminals are human beings who cannot handle so well as you or I the crap we do. They act out because our leaders toss humans aside! God, I'm getting sick...

In case you didn't see it, just below the video, Alex Jones states, "The fact that this kind of proposal is even being considered in America shows how freedom is being systematically undermined on a national level and the post 9/11 police state mentality is filtering down to the local level. The media reaction to ask 'is this a good thing?' shows just how far down the road towards a police state we now are, when just a few years ago such proposals would be considered ludicrous and would be universally denounced without debate."

Please, Gary M, don't lay your blame on the divide within society...it is your leaders that are to blame...they HIDE behind those divides. Why should we 'damn' as you say anyone...I don't care if you're freaking conservative, liberal, Republican, Democrat, or whatever!!! That's not the issue...if you take issue with the idea of laying blame that way and NOT onto the leaders themselves, the leaders are the ones to get away with the crap that THEY created into law...their the ones that sign and pass those laws...and they do it when it suits them to do so, but cover it in the name of doing good for this cause or that cause...this group or that group...awwwwww...let's sign the bill for them...poor babies...fu%# them leaders...they need to step out from behind the divide, baby...come on out...show yourselves...

The divides in society should be respected...each others beliefs and this and that...NOT something we lay blame toward...Your leaders laugh!

I so despise it (not the person)...when I hear it said how the liberals are doing this...the dems are doing that...those conservatives...those republicans...I CRINGE when I hear that BECAUSE to me it is the equivalent of throwing people into caves...think about it...the MORE individuals you throw into caves, the LESS you have to hear them or CAN even hear them...Your leaders know it! They thrive on it, 'claiming' to stand by a democracy that in secret they share with one another, that they do not believe in yours and my freedom, but what they do believe in is THEIR pocketbook and the power THEY possess! Please, do not take me wrong...people's rights, beliefs, & causes are wonderful, & that, my friend, is to be revered & respected...SO, having said that, let us NOT take issue with the things that are RESPECTFULLY different among us & lay blame to it that way, but rather look to that which makes us SIMILAR...our humanities...our liberties...if ONE man's liberty is taken, all is lost.

People need to realize that crime is not a position that people are forced into! The first person who tries to give the BS argument that "Well they just couldn't get a job or couldn't get gov benefits..." needs to be smacked in the mouth!

This is about laziness on the part of both the leaders & the criminals. Get a damn job & be useful to society instead of pushing drugs on pre-teens! Leaders need to learn when to follow! Other cities are doing very well with a higher per capita & yet they are willing to go to martial law.

Watch the movie "The Seige!" Martial law is the best way to get the regular citizen, who just trying to LIVE his life, upset with the power structure. What they need to do is incorporate more drug courts, make harsher sentences for recitivism, increase gang tasks force strikes, and increase the amount spent on education.

Liberty is not free, nor is freedom a liberty! We need to remember why it is that our soldiers are dying, brothers & sisters are injured, friends & parents separated from their families for months or years! It is the freedom to choose how to live our lives & not fear death on our own streets!

The police are quickly going to find themselves the primary target for everybody instead of where the focus belongs... on the criminals themselves.

DO NOT LOCK DOWN THE PEOPLE, LOCK DOWN THE CRIMINALS! Take out the criminal & the crime follows very shortly behind him!

I live about an hour from Baltimore and I would rather have my teeth pulled then to go there....the way I see it is that this is being done with the intent of using the out of control crime and murder as a justification of clamping down on EVERYONES rights....the thugs in baltimore shoot someone, they make laws trying to keep guns out of MY hands...they make curfews so that I can't travel unrestricted through the streets..they make ME allow them to search my car for no reason.....I'm as sick about this as you are and if people don't open their eyes soon we ALL will be in a lock down.....

It amazes me wasn't it the Dem's that made a big deal because of the whole eaves dropping issue saying it was a violation of our rights even though it was done to keep our entire country safe now they want martial law and trample over the rights of Americans to keep Boston safe. for one, if they start curvue to be amended to state legislationg, it will go against the first amendment rights. there were cases like that of baltimore, where curvues restricted certain places, making it hard for minors to go out and practice free speech. they won't be able to enforce that curvue law.

you can't stop criminals from acting out crimes, they have no outlets, no other ways of coping with poverty. it is outrageous, but enforcing with police is not really helping anyone out. it just makes it more worse, by providing criminals with networking skills in jail, where they find new ways of committing crime. my answer to crime is dispersing the criminals from other criminals, so that it is difficult to get answers on how to commit more crimes from other criminals.

America compared with other nations, you will find, that America does not help these criminals to be adjusted to live freely with non criminals. Other nations have made strategic planning where criminals really do go to jail to find the help they need to adjust in today's society. criminals actually get a chance to redeem themselves in other nations. In America, criminals don't get that kind of aid, instead they are treated as crap making these criminals into repeat offenders.

we should give them the education, therapy, and medication, if we want these criminals to adjust well with society.
