As with all learning of skills, only constant 'practice makes perfect' !
No amount of spending money on costly 'courses' offered by various computer 'institutes' can really help :
Decide upon what skills you need to acquire, read up the relevant books about them, and teach yourself to handle or operate the necessary software ! 'Self help is the best help' !

tutorial or short term courses. if you have a computer literate friend, ask him/her to help you learn the basics on how to use the computer.

why don't you try video professor or something like that?
computer is the future, even 3 years old familiar with computer lol
