It depends on which way you want to look at it. Generally, they count back about 2 weeks before you actually concieved, going based on the last day of your last period...so your baby's at 34 1/2 weeks gestation. BUT...most of the books that I've read say that 36 weeks is considered full term. Your baby can be born anytime from 36 weeks on, you never know. So I think it's safe to say that you're 9 months. You're in the home stretch! =)

Doctors go by the lunar calendar when determining your due date - which is how 9 months turns into 10 (40 weeks). Though to answer you question, YES, you are 9 months pregnant (or at the start of your 9th month - you are set to deliver at the end of your 9th month, or beginning of your 10th). Congratulations, you're almost there! Want to learn more go to babycenter.com or talk to your doctor. Another way to look at it is that there are 4 weeks in a month (28 days in your cycle). You will be pregnant for 40 weeks. 40 weeks divided by 4 weeks per month =10 months (or 9 full months)

First of i elect to assert i'm sorry for each little thing you and your relatives is going with the help of. i'm a nurse at a nursing abode and that i artwork with hospice typically. If i become your husband i might want to elect to a minimum of flow see my father one very last time. this is loopy yet I have considered at the same time as someone is actively demise they're going to carry on to existence till they're visited with the help of both an previous buddy or a kinfolk member that they have not considered in always. Are you no longer waiting to get caused or does the overall practitioner no longer imagine its suitable due on your previous well being circumstances? because i imagine it would want to be astounding in case you may want to get caused early and then you all can rigidity (because it will be too quickly after delivery to fly) and be conscious your father in regulation. i'm particular it would want to be a tragic yet astounding adventure on your husband to instruct his dad his grandbaby.

Yes.

Most people believe that a full term pregnancy is 9 months long but it is actually 10. That is why when you are told there is 40 weeks in a pregnancy it adds up to 10 months.

its considered being in ur 9th month... not that ur done with ur 9th month... but that u are in it...

and whoever said that a pregnancy is 10 months is stupid... there are more than 4 weeks in a month people... 7days a week times 4 weeks a month is 28 days... there is usually 30-31 days a month... that makes it like 4.5 almost weeks a month... so no its not 10 months long... just people wanna only associate 4 weeks to a month... not the truth tho
