if i wanted to clear my throat, how would i go about into bringing it up and out ?

i want to use spit as lube, but how do you do it ?

I usually gather up all my spit, put it all on the tip of my tongue, make an "O" shape with my lips and blow as hard as I can. It usually ends up going far too. After you start getting the hang of it, you'll find it very fun lol.

Watch the Titanic again and observe and listen to Jack as he instructs young Rose how to "spit like a man" and prehaps you'll learn to ride like a man too. lol
