Hit / slap it with an open hand. it'll get rid of the itch without leaving scratches.

With a long bamboo or wooden back scratcher that has a hand with fingers on the end of it. It is all wood...lol you can buy them for a couple of bucks at Walgreens! Hope your itch goes away.

the best way is lightly. you shouldn't scratch too much. it makes white blood cells concentrate, which eventually causes irritation and pain. use benadryl.
