anionic water is the substance that is contain the negative charge.this anionic water can be produce by the chemical reaction and thus produce this kind of substance.

Maybe water that has no ions. Pure water has no ions. Because "an" mean NOT in Greek roots/prefixes. So anionic means no ions.

Never heard of it but anions are pos. charge. Cations are neg.
