It's probably all of the fat and calories. Also you're probably eating a lot of food. Each one of the Cheddar Bay Biscuits there is 170 calories and 9 grams of fat.....true story! I work there. I know.

I get zonked out from over eating. It it so good and I only get to go once or twice a year because it is 95 miles away.

You can get zonked by eating a meal that's too high in fat content for your body.
If the biscuits tasted funny, you should have discussed this with the manager and let him sample them.

I think what you experience is called the dinner syndrome. It occurs after all heavy meals. The eater soon wants to get near a very comfortable area and go to S...L...E...E (zzzzz)!!!!

i´d say next time order steamed food but once u are out.....why bother with the healthy side of things!!!!!! go with what u ca not have at home!!!!

Yeah..its called starch.carbs and sleep...thye are soo good you stuff them in and fill up and dont want to do anything but go to sleep..its the carbs that do that to you..not the drugs in them. ha ha carbs are drugs..fattening ones..too!
