absoloutly, when there is a risk of an atrocity such as what we experienced in london, then we have to take action - you cant tiptoe around for fear of not following the human rights act, if it could be at the cost of lives.

We will never be allowed to put our safety before the rights of others who want to blow us up because there are too many 'do gooders' who want to make sure these scroats are left alone in order to carry out their missions. Unfotunately these goody goodies are in the vast minority but appear to have a majority of the input into policy. I don't know anyone who thinks that these pieces of crap who want distroy our way of life should be allowed to live. They be put against a wall and machine gunned and if you want a volunteer to do it - look no further.

if these guys weren't under survailance would they have fled? you never had any crime to charge them with so you put them on house arrest because they sympathize with the 'enemy.' Or to say they were arrested for not supporting the war. Faced with political persecution they go on the lamb with little hope of reentering public society. You want to drive all disenfranchised people away into desperate situations. it's not smart.

yes,but we don't want to upset their leaders of their communities now do we.you know the ones who come on the TV and radio informing us true Muslims do not behave like that.

i can never work out how they stop logical thinking when it comes to human rights. they work it back to the person who committed the crimes rights and how they are treated once captured. WHAT ABOUT THE VICTIMS RIGHTS BEFORE THAT???

very good question.....they should but wont...
i keep wondering....if the so called terrorist are so unhappy with our western way of life....why dont they go to a muslim country and get on with what they are trying to bomb us into believing..... the reason they wont is....the muslim countries dont give them benefits...free health care....free housing...no jobs...no freedom of thought or speach....no choice...
hmmm....what is it they dont like about us?????
